American singer-actress Hilary Duff has bought a $3.85 million house at Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, ahead on her marriage to hockey star Mike Comrie. The 5,260 square-foot property boasts of five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a pool and is loaded with most sophisticated facilities.
The 22 year old singer got the neighbors like Pop singer Britney Spears, actress Gwen Stefani and musician Gavin Rossdale. Its one of the most posh residential area of the US, reports dailymail.co.uk.
